Luton-born referee Will Finnie will officiate his first-ever Swansea City match this Saturday (3pm) when the Swans host Portsmouth at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The 2023-24 season has been a significant one for Finnie, with the official making his Championship debut in April 2024 during Millwall’s 3-1 win over Cardiff City. Since then, he has overseen an additional six second-tier games, building on his growing reputation.
Saturday’s match will mark an exciting milestone in Finnie’s career, as he steps into the Swansea City spotlight for the first time.
Referee Will Finnie will be assisted by Jonathan Hunt and Bhupinder Singh Gill, with David Rock the fourth Official for the game on the weekend.
